What is Group Sound Healing?

Welcome to the magical world of group sound healing! Thanks to specialized instuments, Tibetan singing bowls, koshi and a gong, I’m able to create a real therapeutic experience through sound vibrations. My goal is to promote deep rest, rebalance the nervous system and emotional release, to balance and heal body, mind and spirit. But that’s not all: participating in group sessions also means getting in touch with new people and sharing the passion for sound healing.

During group sessions, accompanied by Tibetan singing bowls, I also teach Yoga Nidra classes.

GROUPS SESSIONS ARE IN-PERSON, THEY INCLUDE A MEDITATION OR A YOGA NIDRA (YOGIC SLEEP) PRACTICE AND THEY LAST ON AVERAGE FROM 60 TO 90 MINUTES.

During group sessions, you can lie down comfortably on a soft mat or sit in a comfortable position, while I guide you through breathing and relaxation exercises. Experience the deep sounds and vibrations of the instruments as I take you into a meditative and theta brainwave state, through a guided meditation or a creative visualisation, which will allow you to access deeper levels of inner wisdom and healing.

Sound Healing also combines perfectly with Yoga Nidra, (yogic sleep), a conscious and deep relaxation technique that induces complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation.

Sound Healing is a heart-based experience, offering a different journey each time, leading to different destination in mind, body and being. It is a journey into the Self, which becomes deeper as you open the mind and the body to the healing experience of sounds. Sounds penetrate to a deeper level, healing also the soul.
