Group yoga classes provide the opportunity to practice with others and create a sense of community, they can be a social experience, allowing you to meet new people and connect with others, who share passion for yoga.
Group classes provide the perfect opportunity to work together towards a common goal. The energy shared in a group yoga class is special, whether you are practicing a pose, a sequence or meditating in a group, the unique feeling you get cannot be found anywhere else.
This energy is motivating, it fuels everyone’s practice and it pushes to continue by encouraging you. The sense of community is also perceived thanks to each student’s support and motivation . I teach different styles of yoga to suit different preferences and goals.
For each style, different themed courses and lessons are developed. During group classes, modifications and variations are demonstrated to adapt the poses practice to students different levels and abilities, breathing exercises (pranayamas) and meditation are also taught.
