Private yoga classes can be scheduled at a convenient time for the student, making it easier to fit yoga practice into busy days.
The average class is usually from 75 to 90 minutes long, with part of the time dedicated to student’s feedback and explanations of the practice specifics. I teach different styles of yoga to satisfy different preferences and goals, for each style, different themed courses and classes are developed.
A private lesson has a more intimate and personalized atmosphere, it allows me, as a yoga teacher, to focus on the specific needs and goals of each student, each adaptation is selected according to student’s level and needs, nothing generic or casual, whether he/she is a beginner or more experienced yogi.
Private yoga classes provide the answers and solutions to individual problems and issues. This is because the classes are designed to meet the student’s situation compassionately and comprehensively.
The result is a personalized and effective long-term health solution that can be easily maintained and effortlessly followed up.
Without the distractions of a larger group, the student can fully focus on his/her practice and gets more out of each class, bringing the yoga practice at home. The Yoga sequences continue to be perfected while we practice together during the further class. In a private session the aim is to support the student’s unique personal transformation process.
Private classes are taught both in presence and online according to the student’s request.
